mitra hostel is super clean and cozy. it's really close to the center - so exploring is easy. i learned a lot from rajesh about the area and yoga - which was awesome.

I had an amazing experience staying at Mitra Hostel in McLeod Ganj. My travel purpose was to explore the local market and visit the Dalai Lama temple, both of which were just a few minutes away from the hostel. The vibes at Mitra were incredible, allowing me to have quality "me time" as well as the opportunity to connect with other guests and learn from their stories. The food at their restaurant was exceptional, especially the veg cheese sandwich and omelette. I also appreciated how the hostel manager, Rajesh, took us on a walk to try the best momos and supported the local community. a great experience and I'm excited to visit their Goa properties next!
